Hey guys!

So I wanted to let you all to hear it from me: I've decided not to go to college. Instead, I've accepted a position at NolCorp from Nolan, and the Professor has agreed to allow me to stay here, working with X-Force while I work for Nolan.

I'll still be living here, and working here as much as possible, but I'll need to put in some face time in New York, so I have a new loft in the city when I need to stay there overnight.

In fact, Nolan has offered to throw me a party there next weekend, and you're all invited. More details on that to come. Anyway, let me know if you have questions. I'm not physically going anywhere, I promise.

I'm glad we got a chance to meet at the party, and I've been doing a lot of thinking. And no matter how I look at it, family belongs together. From what I got from your classmates, you guys seem to have a good thing going there, but I want you both to know you're always welcome here. Permanently, temporarily - you've got a home here, and we'd be happy to have you.

I'm not going to try to talk you into it - this isn't some kind of fucked up recruiting thing. If you like it where you are, fine. But I'd like a chance to get to know you better.

And hey, text me back to let me know you got this? Sometimes the random phone number thing doesn't work.

You guys both offered to run backup on this one -- I have a meeting place and time set up with Fatale from the Brotherhood. I'm bringing pizza, she's bringing rice krispie squares, it's gonna be like a g-d pta meeting.

It's just supposed to be me & Billy, her and (maybe) Havok, so showing up with an obvious army's not going to go well, but if either of you has the evening clear and feels like playing lookout I'd owe you one.

Thanks to help from Tommy (don't tell Yana), Bobby, Jeanne-Marie (and Jean-Paul because why not), Nick, and Tamara can all expect to find brand new powers-resistant phones delivered to their doors. Also, for his help, Tommy received another package today with a new phone inside that's durable and easier to use at high speeds, like his game controller - for being a big help.

Hurray, phone day.

Since everyone's asking the same things, in pretty much the same order:

1. Yes, we look alike. We even have the same birthday. You're not seeing double, he's not a shapeshifter, and neither of us has an image inducer.

2. I'm not pranking anyone. If this is a joke, it's a bad one, and it's not me.

3. We're not related (as far as we can figure out). Ergo: My guess is that some skeletons are gonna fall out of our family trees if we start shaking them down.

4. Be joyous, because it just means twice as much of my awesome to go around.

Somehow, the two boxes (cutely wrapped) just appeared inside their door that night.

One, tagged for Inu-Yasha, contains a phone with a screen that works with just a tap of his claw, with a large UI to allow for functional claw-typing, and a casing that could probably withstand being dropped from the third floor.

The second, tagged for Tommy, is a new X-box controller, super durable, but with a response speed that would put the best professionals to shame.
