In the interest of increasing the realm of my research from the X-gene to mutations and powers, I'm asking for volunteers to answer a series of questions about yourself to add to my data on this phenomenon. Please note:

* This is voluntary.
* No name needed.
* You do not need to answer every question, but it would give a more thorough profile if you did.
* None of this information will ever be made available to the public. At most, it will be reviewed by myself, Dr. McCoy and Dr. MacTaggart.
